One score per paddle, built from the reviews of 13 reviewers our editors hand-pick. 605 reviews are collected so far and 49 of them are rated and counted. Reviews count more when the tester played longer or bought their own paddle, and less when the brand pays them. Every factor is public.

How the score is built

Out of 100, combining every review of the paddle. Reviews from longer, independent tests count more; reviews from paid or brand-supplied testers count less. Bands are relative: Standout is the top 15% of rated paddles, Lower tier the bottom 15%. Each paddle's page also says which governing body approves it for tournament play.
